I've tried Obsidian's Annotater plug-in but didn't find it very pleasing because of all the fluff it added to highlights. md-notes workflow..

    @EleanorKonik @logseq my notes has made me take more notes. Now I just jot down notes in the daily journal entry and when I feel some information should have a separate page, I extract that into a separate note from the journal. You should also check out @OneStuttering YouTube videos. Wish you best.

    @EleanorKonik @logseq some kind of folder hierarchy/organization. Logseq's Zotero integration also doesn't support custom templates, so we have no power over what kind of metadata we want to extract. But the basic support has been working fine for me. And I believe that not worrying about where to put

    @groundedSAGE @obsdmd @logseq The deciding factor for me was the @logseq 's amazing PDF annotation feature. Even though obsidian has more mature plugins ecosystem, I decided to jump ships because of this PDF annotation. Now hoping for a similarly considerate RTL support as well. 🙂
